We view this app not as a solo project, but as something that our community can come together to work on, improving the app and growing the community.
We always strive to do our best in anything that we do because we understand the pains of having apps full of bugs and issues.
We want to give you the best possible experience that we can, even if it means late nights in the office or needing to grab that extra coffee in the morning.
A peak at how we have come so far
In 2022, RunAI was formed when our team of 4 came together to change the way runners run.
As runners ourselves, we understand how painfully monotonous a run can be, especially when it goes past the 4 km mark. This was why when our founder, Arshan, got funding and told us that he was going to make his own running app and make running fun. Needless to say, we all gladly hopped along.
What followed was us participating and winning the Gold prize in Singapore Polytechnic’s Batey Hackathon and appearing at SWITCH 2022 alongside other student entrepreneurs.
We wanted to create an app that changes the running experience from monotonous and dreary to a fun activity that we can look forward to everyday. The result is a gamified running application that leverages on your innate sense of competition to make your runs more fun.
This can range from our AI runners, which change themselves to suit the way you run, to our planned Ghostrunner feature, where you can run against a carbon copy of your friends, favourite celebrities or other runners.
As a brand, we’re always excited to grow and improve our app. We’re looking forward to bringing you new, creative features to make the running experience even more fun than we already have.
We’re also planning to move into smartwatches to make it even easier to use our app during your runs.
There are so many things we have in mind and we cannot wait to bring them to life, and we’re excited for the years to come!
